Refunds and Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products (such as fresh meat, fruits, vegetables, and groceries), we are unable to accept returns once a delivery has been completed and accepted.
However, if you receive products that are:
- Incorrect
- Damaged
- Spoiled
- Not as described
you must inform us at the time of delivery. Please inspect your items before accepting them. If an issue is identified on the spot:
- You can refuse the affected item(s), and
- We will not charge you for those items.
Once you accept and complete payment upon delivery, refunds or returns will not be possible.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled delivery time. Once the order is dispatched for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible.
Delivery Issues
In the case of a failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability at the time of delivery, re-delivery may not be possible, and additional charges may apply.
