At Hills Harvest, we aim to deliver fresh, high-quality halal products right to your doorstep with care and punctuality. Please review our shipping and delivery policy:

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to selected areas within Australia. Please check our service area coverage before placing your order.

Delivery Days

Our deliveries are made on:

• Monday
• Wednesday
• Friday

Orders must be placed by 9 AM on the scheduled delivery day to ensure timely dispatch.

Delivery Time Slots

We deliver between 12 PM – 10 PM. While we do our best to deliver within your preferred time slot, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Payment Method

We currently offer online payment only. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. A reminder will be sent on the delivery day.

Failed Deliveries

If no one is available at the delivery address during the delivery time, and we are unable to complete the delivery, re-delivery may not be possible on the same day and additional fees may apply.

Order Changes

To change or cancel your order, please contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled delivery.

Product Inspection

We encourage you to inspect all products at the time of delivery. Any issues should be reported immediately to the delivery person.
