Shan Keema Curry mix is blended for making keema -- the much-loved South Asian dish of spiced minced meat cooked with onions, tomatoes, and a warming blend of cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala. This keema masala is one of the most versatile preparations in the South Asian kitchen, equally at home as a main course, a filling, or a topping.

Use beef, lamb, or goat mince. Brown the mince with onions and the spice mix, add tomatoes, and cook until the oil separates and the keema is richly flavoured.
